I doubt it, but I'm no Dr.
One year I ate 2 cans of tuna per day for about 3months... I am not sure where my mercury levels were, but I never felt sick.
I was a broke, small guy with low self-esteem. I hated every bit of those weaknesses. Thankfully, with the right mentors in my life, I have achieved financial freedom, put on some muscle, have developed confidence/inner peace and have helped many others do the same!

Well several agencies have safe guidelines in place for a reason. Yet some jackoffs on here still will say 'ur good bro eat as much as you want get swole bro'. So you can either listen to the agency guidelines, or the jackoffs, which I'm sure have a lot of common sense lmao.

I haven't been able to find one case where anyone has ever actually gotten mercury poisoning from eating tuna, but sure theoretically you could. The only reason I don't eat much of it anymore is because I ate so much of it for so long I can't stand it anymore.
If your worried about it take 1000mg of vitamin C with it as its been shown to blunt your bodies absorption of mercury.

What do you mean you 'haven't been able to find one case of mercury poisoning'?

An issue is that there is mercury in foods other than tuna, and it all adds up. A relative of mine had mercury poisoning. It's not that uncommon, but not as common as the flu or something. But think about who eats more tuna, lifters or normal people? I know my parents would eat about 2 cans a month each. Not exactly a lot of tuna therefore low mercury intake (from tuna).
