    Lack of chest burn while doing chest exercises

    When I do my chest routine(bench,inclined bench,dips) I dont really ever feel a burn in my chest only in my arms. Am I doing the exercises wrong or is this normal?

    then you use your arm muscle more when pressing

    What type of chest exercises do you do? Do you put heavy weights?

    I used to have the same problem. use dumbells for your presses instead of the bar. work till failure and really concentrate on your muscle movements instead of just counting reps. SQUEEZEEE! my chest gets sore everytime!


    Also... add flys into your routine. flat, incline, and decline

    throw some peck deack and high rep cables in... youll feel it do 100 pushups after your chest workout and youll deff feel satisfied
