Hey guys, so I've reached a plateau in my training; I've got love handles and that tiny percent of body fat that keeps me at a 9 out of 10,to a 10 out of 10 and could put me at a if I could get rid of it. I'm currently taking 2 Pills of Oxy Elite Pro when I wake up, eat about half an hour later (then workout, but that's only this week I work out in the morning because it's spring break, so I'll be working out most days through the rest of the schoolyear around 1:30-3:00ish,somewhere between there) and one pill abot 5-6 hours later. I try to get in about 6 meals a day, but I don't really gauge them , I just look at a food and the amount...I basically go off the idea: You are what you eat...So I eat healthy foods like fruits, veggies, no fried food/baked foods instead, grilled foods, stuff like that.
My workouts are sport specific (I'm a wrestler), so It's a shorter workout, but higher intensity. Post workout= 5g Creatine monohydrate by body tech, 25g Twinlabs Whey Protein, 5g Glutamine and BCAA mix by body tech...I only do cardio at wrestling practice (2x a week) and on tuesdays and thursdays for about 40 minutes in my Personal Development class.
HELP!

Profile says your 17, so...
Why are you posting here ( over 35 )?
Why are you worried about the difference between 9% and 10% bodyfat.
Why are you taking "Oxy Elite Pro" (whatever that is)?
What do you mean "Help" I don't see a question. You state that you take lots of supplement, you're 17 in the over 35 forum, what exactly are you asking for help with?Qualifying for long drive contest with 328 yard drive

If you're talking about a training log ( a workout-to-workout written record of your training), they're invaluable. Without one, you won't have any real plan to follow when you enter the gym other than what you're able to remember. If you can't remember what you did last time, you won't have a target to shoot for this time. Progression is the engine that drives growth; the only way to accurately track it is by logging your workouts.
No brain, no gain.

I was speaking of diet journals, but this is also great help. I never use a journal, i just type out a workout the day before (I always try to vary every workout) and go from there, keeping mental notes of about how much weight I should use...But the idea of a training journal sounds better and better the more I think of it now.

A nutrition journal would be a matter of preferrence, IMO. As long as you track your totals for the day, and make certain you meet them, I don't see a lot of point in knowing what you ate, say 5 days ago, or whatever. Again, it can't hurt; it's up to you. Do whatever you feel will help you to eat consistently, on a daily basis.
No brain, no gain.
