Hey all, I've just recently begun working out full time and I was wondering if people had tips or suggestions in how to completely shape my body. So far everything is working great but I know that with the routine I have eventually I will plateau. Below I will list my work out schedule and the supplements I take. Any suggestions and tips are welcomed, criticism is also welcomed but be nice

Note: After every work out I ride the bike for 15 minutes (7 miles), Run for 15 minutes (2.11 miles), and swim 6-8 laps (150-200 meters).
Day 1 - Chest, Triceps, Forearms.
Day 2 - Shoulders, Biceps, Traps, Back (only a few exercises for back because it's easily agitated).
Day 3 - Legs, Abs.
Rest day - Hot Yoga
Repeat.
As for supplements I take:
Jack3d or Xpand pre workout. (just ordered new stuff)
BCAA pre workout
Orange Triad pre workout
Fish oil pre workout
Purple wraath during work out
BCAA right after work out
1 scoop whey isolate
1/2 scoop whey casein
