He only recommends training to failure on the 3rd or 4th set.. He says to use it sparingly since the routine is very high in volume.. and each bodypart is trained 2x/week
Nar, not really.. the first week I did the routine, they were sore as hell! but then the body adapts.. and its all good from there
coz my face was red lol
