I've been taking caffeine all day but now it's 1:20 AM and I can't take any more.
I'm coming down really badly, my chest is tight, difficulty breathing, etc.
I know I fucked up. What the hell do I do? I feel like vomitting!
inb4 u dun goofd, Stats: 5'10", 124 lbs, etc.

Eat a big meal and drink water
I took 2 dayquil and 4 excedrine last week after a night of drinking in las Vegas

I can't eat another meal.
I'm gonna try drinking a litre of water and maybe some milk with sustagen.
