The three that most will recommend, in no particular order are Anavite, Animal Pak, and Orange Triad (okay, they're in alphabetical order). As for B12, if you are going to supplement extra, make sure it's methylcobalamin and not cyanocobalamin because this is the better form (someone correct me if wrong)

Focus, concentrate, lift, rest adequately, repeat. No talking.
The only way you will get smarter is by playing a smarter opponent.
The only way you will get stronger is by training with a stronger partner.
If you need to grunt while moving some heavy ass weight in the gym, go for it. I probably can't hear you anyway since I have some Black Sabbath turned to 11 in my ears.
But grunting in the locker room, especially from behind a stall door, is just fooking disturbing. Please refrain.

as almost everyone is this thread has said, orange triad is a great option. it will give you great forms of the vitamins and minerals as well as a fully dosed joint supplement and digestion/immune aid. the ability to break up the dosage evenly throughout the day is a big benefit as well as it can potentially lead to maximum absorption of the key ingredients

Not many good ones around when you learn the important, but not often understood details of a proper formulated multi.
I wouldn't trust most companies to have the nutrition science background to understand or appreciate the finer details, but I do know AOR is in a league of their own in this regard. Ortho Core is untouched... not the cheapest, but if you want a better body then it's worth the price of admission.
I really don't trust my health to the hands of most brands, esp. when it comes to multi's.

Anavite is sometimes overlooked but it uses the high bioavailable forms of the vitamins and minerals so you actually get the maximal amount of the ingredients you are hoping to supplement with.
Anavite also has full daily doses (validated by research studies) of beta alanine and carnipure (l-carnitine). These alone make it an outstanding deal.
Anavite is a true athletes multivitamin. It's hard to win an argument with a smart person. It's damn near impossible to win an argument with a stupid person. - Bill Murray
