    Boozin and bodybuilding

    Ok so the weekend is here and I wanna do some boozin, if I drink but stay within my total calorie range, can I call that a success? Like if I eat 1500 cals but drink 500 or more like eat 1000 and drink 1000 is that ok?

    That's what I do... I just replace my carb macros with beer macros.
