You seriously should consider losing the beard&moustache,
and also trying to convert that ''body mass'' into actual muscle.

As not being rude, but for your weight and height you have virtually no muscle whatsoever, more just have a body fat in the 35-40% range though!

A guy can weight 250Kgs and be 7ft tall, yet unless all that weight is actual toned defined muscle,
when he goes topless on the beach next to a 60KGs 5ft 7 tall guy but whos body is all toned, defined and solid muscle,
there just wouldn't be any contest in who looks better!

Physical weight means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING unless you also have toned, defined and solid muscles producing that weight.
