It's not junk, there's nothing processed in what I'm eating. What's junk is all that stuff marketed as "healthy" but contains a bunch of preservatives and sugar alcohol. Plus, I never asked for any diet advice, so keep it to yourself, mine is consistent with my goals.
LOL, I do that's why I do stuff like this...

Thats a big truck! lol.
When you said - "I have no problem drinking a quart of half and half ( my work has it for free, too bad they don't have heavy cream or I'd drink that instead ). There a pizza place down the street from my work, here's an example of lunch #2 in real time, lol, but now I poor olive oil all over it too..."
That just doesn't sound healthy. I read Franco Columbu's book about nutrition and in it he compares what people eat with how good their results are in strength/mass and it makes the world of difference if you eat correctly. If you want to be the best you can surely you don't just "eat everything in sight"?

Bigtallox - good luck with getting sponsors. I have no doubt it will happen!
9k calories is no joke. I just looked back a few minutes ago at how I was eating before I started working out...At almost 250# @ 6ft I was probably eating 3-4k per day on most days, and it was total garbage! I can imagine that dairy and peanut butter is your friend!
I know so many people have different goals and a lot of people want the beach look. Nothing wrong with that. But there is nothing wrong with the road you are going down either!!!
I read through most of the post and didn't see it mentioned. What is your routine like? I saw on your website that you are about 30 days out from competing in Arizona.
It's been said already, but beast does not begin to describe your size!
