Thanks for the reply,
it started on sat when I realised I needed 2 rest as I have been feeling under the weather, so im not sure if it was acceptance in my head for me 2 eat whatever I wanted as I was ill and was going 2 rest for a few days, anyway
meal 1- 25g oats and scoop whey protein
meal 2- 23g rice (uncooked) 60g chicken and veg
meal 3- same as 2
meal 4- 65g sweet potatoe 60g chicken and veg
meal 5- whey protein and 20g waxy maize starch, generally after training so if dont train then 30g oats and whey protein
meal 6- tuna with veg
this is week 9 of cut so carbs hae been reduced from my base line about 3 times.
I train most days, heavy weights plus I am a fitness instructor so do extra most days 2, including spinning, aerobics etc.
I was teaching tonight, still not %100 well, but all I could think about was stopping at the shops on way home 2 buy cookies, chocolate etc, and thats what I did, feel absolutely terrible right now, hate my self!
sorry for the negativity

MORE fat! Where's the fat? If I go to low on fats I will want to overeat for sure. I actually eat about as much of my cals in fats as carbs. What is your total caloric intake daily? How much have you been losing per week before you started to binge?

Yep. You need a minimum of 0.3g of good fats per pound of body weight. Go too low on fats and you'll get hungry.

Im not sure how many now, my boyfriend who is a bodybuilder has worked it all out for me I started on 1680 then the carbs have been reduced 3 times plus I carb cycle 3 days low 1 day 10% higher.
I was losing a steady 1-2lb per week.
hmm maybe my body does need more fat, im just scared all that hard work has been wasted and im worried I cant snap out of it (
I really appreciate your reply

The lady who posted about your low fat intake is right. Add more healthy fats like Fish Oil, Olive Oil, Nuts, etc.
Also, if you're not cutting for any event, try taking 1-2 weeks to eat at maintenance and then start your cut again.

We don't mean you need more fat ON your body, you need it IN your diet lol. Fat will not make you gain fat. Overeating any macro makes you gain fat. If you are reducing carbs, you should be increasing fat??

yeah I did mean in my diet and not on my body! im trying 2 get rid of the fat on my body ha.
Ive loved the person I have been the past 8-9 weeks (give or take a few times ive been super hungry), had so many compliments and felt amazing for once in my life!
I now feel I have let it all go and am ashamed for letting this happen, totally messing with my head.

No sh!t you're binging, you're eating boring, low calorie food. Do you really think getting 20g of carbs and 20g of protein from waxy maize is anymore beneficial than fruit and yogurt?
Also why are you cutting carbs?
I mean you eat food because you think it's "healthy" and expect to lose weight. Sorry to say but I can eat chicken breast brown rice and broccoli and still gain weight if I go over my calorie maint. level, and if I were to eat icecream (which I do each night) and kids cereal (which I ate earlier today) and stay under my maint. calorie level... I will lose weight.
Go to the nutrition section, read the stickies and calculate your macros. It seems almost all women have an ED.

Need my positivity back, dont know where it went

Unless you eat an ungodly amount of calories, you will not lose your progress. You may gain some extra water bloat due to extra intake and carbohydrates, but that should be it.

Thanks, my macros have been calculated but as the weight loss started 2 steady then we would reduce them.
This world is new 2 me 2 be honest, only started about 4-5 months ago with the weight training and 9 weeks with the diet so my boyfriend has done it all for me, so Ive listened and learned from him and I guess from bb.com.
Its easier for me If my meals are set then there is no going off the plan, yes you are right it is a bit boring and maybe it just got all a bit much for my body esp when I got ill!
I just worry now my head is messed up and worry i cant get back on track or control this freaking binging!!
I do appreciate all replys and advice.

Don't get discouraged. We all have our bad days. My bad days tend to happen a week before my period. I get all grumpy and hungry. And thanks for the compliment. I'm actually a little squishy right now because I took a year off of dieting. I'm cutting down until August. I'm doing it in increments: 8 weeks on - 1 to 2 weeks off - 8 weeks on - 1 to 2 weeks off, etc. I also have a rest day during the week where I do a small refeed.

I've been there. I'm sorry. I know it's really stressful.
1. Try and remember why you started this routine in the first place - I presume you enjoy eating healthy and exercising. Think about the basics: if you wouldn't have dreamed of eating 50 Oreos before you started your program, why would you do that now?
2. Think about whether this approach to cutting is healthy for you mentally. You need to find balance. No matter how hard you work, if you aren't relaxed through your cut, you'll blow all the progress with a cycle of binging.
3. Take a few days to breathe, talk to people who motivate you, and reboot

And I'm under 5% BF. Eat the foods you enjoy and fit it into your macros. Also, stop eating multiple meals a day, it's pointless and little satiety is reached in each meal.

If I don't get ATLEAST 70-80g of fat into me, I become a starving maniac. I eat a lot of nut butters and use a lot of oils on my fish and veg's. It makes a HUUUGE difference, trust me. Fat helps you feel satified. And like everyone said, eating fat will not make you fat. It pretty well does the opposite. Arrange your macros to fit treats in now and then too, you won't feel so restricted to eat everything in sight when you have the chance.
Good luck!

OP, you need to learn diet and macronutrient fundamentals and the role of each one. Your perspective on proper nutrition and physiology is foggy thus making you scared of food. To put it into simple terms, you've been brain washed by the media and all the other female dieters who go to ridiculous measures and don't even look good. You want a role model? Look up to juliacheh - that girl knows her stuff, enjoys life and has a healthy balance.

^this
the fat free 6 meals a day is not sustainable long term imo.

OK I don't why no one has asked this agin. But if op started at like 1600 cals and cut down carbs since then .. what are your calorie intakes right now?
and I don't mean to be a bitch a here but the worst answer you can give to how many cals are you eating is IDK my boyfriend has it all worked out. Seriously it's bad news not to understand and know your own nutrient info.

I'm not convinced your bf knows enough to be planning this for you. That is not a good diet.
Seriously take control of your diet and training and get a solid diet plan you can stick with.

Exactly, I hate hearing "OH, I don't know, my TRAINER *cough cough* idiot *cough cough* has it all worked out for me"
They give their clients a cookie cutter diet, bore and starve them to death, and screw up their life... it's ridiculous.

I think at the start I was so excited and motivated I just went along with it, I was like bring it on, you tell me what 2 eat 2 achieve what I want and I will do it, I wasnt accountable for my own diet, and I kind of always seeked permission from him as 2 what I could and couldnt have, which I know is not good. He has been doing this for 7 years and has competed so I trust his knowledge but I guess what works for him isnt neceserily going 2 work for me, He has way way better will power than I do also.
I just dont get why for 9 weeks I have just sailed through it, not been tempted, enjoyed it loved it and now, cant stop eating junk! how do I stop this cycle....
I sit and know I shouldnt eat it but it still goes in my mouth, I eat it, feel guilty and terrible then eat some more, feel guilty and terrible and it goes on and on.....WTF!
-

You need to rethink your diet and you need to make the decision to get back to it. Think of all the progress you've made, are cookies and junk really worth loosing it esp when it's making you feel so bad?!
The sun's shining for a change in North East England (we're virtually neighbours ) for a change, so think positively and snap out of it!!!

If your bodyfriend knew what he was doing then he would give you a calorie and macro intake. So.. what is your intake like?

I really liked your comment especially after I looked at your picture. (I think I might have looked like that when I was 21 :-) Anyways. How do you eat so much fat and won't gain weight. I'm trying to loose fat (5"0' , 104 lb., 17 BF%) but I noticed the same thing that this girl that started this thread, that I eat so healty for days and days and then something happens, (especially about a week before my period) and can't stop craving (and eating) like PB and eat it by the spoon...and just carying chocolate and stuff...which I've never really been a chocolate person. How do I figure out how much fat do I need to be able to loose weight??

It's a horrible head space.. it's the beginnings of an eating disorder.

I think people in this thread have been very clear in explaining to you why this happening. It's happening because you are NOT on a healthy diet plan. Bad diets are very hard to maintain and for alot of women will lead to eating disorders. Just because you sailed through it in the first few weeks does not mean it's a sustainable diet for you.
I suspect your eating far less then should be and your body is fighting back. Certainly that diet you posted is not well balanced. Tell us what you eat does not tell us how much you eat.
Now as for your boyfriend .. knowing what works for him and being able to plan and train another persons diet is two completely different things. Just because you can do something for your self doesn't mean you can do it for someone else.
I wasnt accountable for my own diet, and I kind of always seeked permission from him as 2 what I could and couldnt have, which I know is not good
and this just makes me cringe.. I can't even talk about this without going all feminist super bitch. LOL

I do kinda feel the question was ignored and it's prob the most important thing in this thread.

Okay you need to learn macronutrient fundamentals as well. FAT DOES NOT MAKE YOU FAT.
