    Greek Yogurt Vs. Skyr

I've had a ton of Greek yogurt in the past, stuffs good. Lately, I've been more into skyr. It's an Icelandic yogurt (tech. a very soft cheese, but they market it as a yogurt), and it's not nearly as sour as the Greek variety can be. I hear from some that skyr packs more protein, but others differ.

    Which do you guys prefer?

Never tried Skyr. I like mixing SF/FF pudding mix into my greek yogurt, sometimes whey if I need the extra protein, and then top it with cereal/granola/berries
