Night time dehydration

I always wake up with a dry mouth and cracked lips. I take a bottle of water to bed with me every night and drink it through the night. My nose is crap so Im always breathing through my mouth.

Try getting some vicks vapor rub to clear your nose of a night. It might stop you breathing through your mouth.

Im suffering really badly with this at the moment its literally painful waking up in the middle of the night with a dry mouth with my tongue being sore.

I drink between a gallon - 2 gallons aday

im making sure i dont have any caffeine at night

anyone else having similar issues or know how to solve this


Please dont say drink more

It maybe ur sinus' or u could be snoring alot which can cause ur mouth to be dry. Went to doc about same situation. I'm waiting to go under a sleep study to determine a resolution.

Are you constantly thirsty? If so - and your waking up in the middle of the night to drink it just might be diabetes. Just sayin.
