just wondering if taking in all this stuff at once is a waste. I take about 20g of a protien shake with oats and a banana 1 1/2 hrs before I hit the gym(3:45pm). Then I drink my sizon while working out (5:30pm). my gym session is done around 6:30pm. Do I still drink another whey shake right after the gym? then go home and eat dinner around 7pm? Is all that to much in your system at once?
