Well, agreed for 90%. IMO also whey protein is Essential! And I heard that yohimbine gives a good help to some people to help getting rid of that last bit of fat. But this depends on what your goals are..
For my anyway, whey protein is essential.. Cause I can't afford to hit my protein requirement from normal food, as here in DK meat is freaking expensive, and since i'm a student i can't really afford that much.. So whey is freaking cheap $/serving.

my progress so far...
Week 7 day 47, can definetly tell a difference in the mirror and on the scale. I've lost 15 lbs and am only halfway done. Any one who doesn't get results from this aren't following Kris's directions, because it works. I'm stoked to see where I will be in 5 more weeks!

You have packed on A LOT of muscle AND lost a lot of fat - great work!! People say that you cannot burn fat while building muscle but the before and after pictures that people keep sending me every day debunks these beliefs. You have done a great job and thank you for sharing. Your abs, shoulder, delts and triceps look great now. Please use these pics to inspire others through your social networks.
For everyone that has questions for me, rememeber to post them in my Transformation BodyGroup

Somebody please answer this,
On DTP do you take breaks inbetween supersets, after say 50/50 back/chest do you take a minute then do 40/40 or is it all one consecutive ****ing thing?
For exmaple today was DTP of leg press alone, should that have all been completely straight or with 1 minute breaks, cause thats what i've been doing 1-2 mins.

The mirror will be your motivation. The before/after pictures will be your motivation. This thread and the bodygroup will be your motivation . Start putting your before/after images on your bodyspace and personal gallery and you'll get positive feedback form the BB.com community. And then.. you'll get even more motivation to keep on going!
Well it's like that for me and my guess for many others who have done the program and got the + feedback from bb.com.

Just completed week 1, really enjoying the program & been taking the dog out every morning for a 20min brisk walk / slow jog, feeling pretty good & lost 3 1/2lbs. I was kind of hoping it would be more but then I've started taking creatine & drinking tons of water so my body is probably holding on to a little more than it was.
Anyway Week2 Day1 Chest & Tri's LETS HAVE IT!!!

Thank you Kris for the program. It's really work and I enjoy watching the video everyday. It gives me motivation and makes me staying focus on my workout.
I successfully lose about 20lbs. Thank you!
I am ready to start another 12week training, I will still follow the program but I will eat 500calories more to see could I pack on more mass. Is it a good idea?

I am in my final stages of prep to start the program an I just wanted to get some opinions....
For my cardio I walk to my work place from the train which is about 30mins and my heart stay pretty high125-140bpm so I was wondering if this could be suitable for my morning cardio.... Also on same note I walk from my work place to the train in order to get to the gym! Should I use this as my second cardio even thoughnits before my workout??
About supps I live in Japan and much to my surprise you can get yohimbe here.. So I was wondering if there were any recommendations for a diff fatburner? Preferably something not based on green tea or l-carnitine since I'll be taking them separately.
And finally those supps how long before my cardio should I be taking them in the morning? After breakfast? 30mins??
Sorry for all the questions
Thanks in advance!

Check out this video of me putting Team Grenade member, Shane Raymond through a DTP chest and back workout - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SGVZ3J32vIA . Tell me, could you make it through this workout without encouragement of a workout partner?

Awesome program
This program kicked my @$$. But a very good program with great results. I just finished my last day (12th week) program yesterday. I am sore but results are amazing. Sorry, didn't take pre/post pic . I am going to start the 12 week again starting this Monday. I will take pics this time.
Stick to this program...and especially the last few weeks...they are very challenging physically and mentally, but definitely worth it.

12-Weeks Completed
It took me some time to get my pictures uploaded but here they are. I had great results over the past several months and have a new lifestyle both in exercise and in diet. Thanks to Kris for his guidance and willingness to help others! I attack every workout as a chance to improve and get healthier. I hope everyone follows the guidelines that Kris lays out, and can have a positve change as well...good luck.
