Yeah, where are the ladies at!? These are great results! You have made awesome progress reducing the waist line. I am very confident that you will lose the rest and tone even more over your next transformation. You are already in shape throughout your arms and shoulders. Thank you for sharing and being a regular contributor to the BodyGroup. You are inspiring many

Is there another official thread where I can ask questions?
In about a year, I went from a 6'1 255 lardy to a less-lardy 195. However, I've always been in calorie deficit (significant deficits at a lot of times). It helped me lose a buuuuuuuuuuuunch of fat along with muscles. I've always had strong legs so my squats and deads weights almost doubled (nearing 300 lbs maxes) but presses and pulls are slacking very very much behind at struggling to come close to 200 lbs.
So I want to try your program. I'll probably do a 500~750 cals over maintenance in an attempt to add on a bit more muscle and hopefully my semi-man tits and lower ab handles will shrink (I think a lot of it is the skin though, from losing so much weight).
What extra does the book cover that these videos don't? Hell, if it has ANY extra useful info, the $15 ain't all that much, especially compared to the money I spent on protein supps and food.
Another thing I want to add is that, your own transformation is really crazy (as in good) but from the 1st video, I think you were already a supper-ripped/trained/strong guy to begin with, that just packed on fat intentionally just to show the transformation.. I'm just saying I don't think I'll end up looking like you in 12 weeks lol but it's worth a try :P

I purchased the book but ended up doing the 12 Week Hardcore Trainer Video Series because I was already used to lifting and working out. I personally found that the book was meant for someone that has never worked out or is at least a beginner at nutrition, supplementation and motivation. In no way am I knocking the book because there were some really useful tips in there!
I too didn't think it was possible in 12 weeks but you can have the body you want in the 12 weeks if you're fully committed to Kris' workout and nutritional plan! Believe in yourself and the rest will follow...or as Kris likes to say "Doubt Your Doubts"

Great work, Samuel! Your arms and delts have come up great! What are you going to do now? By all means, the book isnt just for the beginner, in fact, I just completed that exact program again last week. Its the intensity that you personally apply to it that counts. So, by all means, put that program into play if you like. Congrats on the great work and thanks for sharing. Be sure to post on others social networks to inspire others.

Inspiring to be just like you.
Thank you so much Mr.Gethin! It means a lot to me to hear you say that. The funny thing is both my legs and back are my favorite body parts and I work very hard on them. Now if only if I can get my chest to grow... That's what Im hoping will happen with Mr.Yates program.
You are the man and I thank you for being my workout partner during these 12 weeks!Take it to the Limit!
