today was the end of my twelve week transformation and let me tell you i love the results! Kris thanks so much for the daily videos. I have more pictures that i took through out this process on my bodyspace.
Nice work man. I didnt lose as much weight around my mid section as I'd hoped. But Im still happy with the results. Whats your next move?

I just want to know if it's only for people trying to lose weight and not those who want to get bigger, cut, diesel,...
Im going to do this workout program again and just eat more to bulk. I really dont see how it wouldn't work?! just cut some of the cardio and eat more?

Yeah true, I've only watched 2 of the videos from week 1 so far, but curious about the rest.

I guess I will be the first. While I am not as muscular as some of the other postings so far I am still pretty happy with my results. I will probably take a week off and start the Hardcore trainer program. You guys look great!
Starting body fat - 34.3%
Ending body fat - 27.4%
Total body fat lost: 6.9%
Yeah, where are the ladies at!? These are great results! You have made awesome progress reducing the waist line. I am very confident that you will lose the rest and tone even more over your next transformation. You are already in shape throughout your arms and shoulders. Thank you for sharing and being a regular contributor to the BodyGroup. You are inspiring many
I have myself and a few friends beginning on this program. We've tried different programs, but usually alter them beyond recognition. I'm going to be getting all of our progress pictures uploaded into one group and we'll add them on this thread. We're each following the program with different goals, so the results at the end should show some very different results as our goals drive them. Some are losing weight, others are gaining weight. Kris, thank you for the plan and we are are all really excited to go and do this program. We'll keep you posted with our progress pictures and body stats.

Thank YOU! I look forward to seeing all of your results. Please post in our Transformation BodyGroup forums and share your journey with others
Is FST-7 style training similar to your Dramatic Transformation
Principle? To explain further, while doing the 7s is the main goal to
stretch the fascia, and try and pump as much blood into the muscle in
order to get that much fuller, denser muscle as well as that rounder,
leaner appearance? What do you think is the best way to achieve this?
2. What type of ab training/exercises did you do in your body
transformation to get that awesome 6 pack that you have?
3. If my goals are to get a physique with fuller, denser muscle along
with a leaner and rounder appearance what type of cardio routine
should I follow and for what duration?
4. My last question is what type of nutition plan would you follow if
you wanted a physique like the one i mentioned above to but gain lean
muscle and lose body fat?
Please post questions in my Transformation BodyGroup forum. I will be happy to answer there. Thanks.
Thank you Kris for getting me out of this slump. for years working out at the gym was a mundane thing. But you helped me get over that hump and Ive never felt or looked better. I started out at 205 and now Im at 180.2. I attached some photos.
Rock on!
FYI DSC1811 and DSC1812 are from day one.
DSC1861-1868-2 are today, day 85.
Tell me what you all think.(I know If I had a tan my lines would be more visible)
You have made great progress. You have obviously lost fat and built a considerable amount of muscle. Your back and legs are standouts!! Thank you for sharing these inspiring images
I just completed the 12 week transformation contest and my newest goal is to complete the 12 week daily trainer. I have never worked this hard, I get to the point of wanting to puke! haha. I def know what muscle failure training means now! I love this prgm!

I saw your pics also! You have done excellent. I was VERY self conscious to put my pics on this site. I have what you call "mom stuff" lol. Don't worry about not having alot of musle. It all comes with time! You are inspiring!
Is there another official thread where I can ask questions?
In about a year, I went from a 6'1 255 lardy to a less-lardy 195. However, I've always been in calorie deficit (significant deficits at a lot of times). It helped me lose a buuuuuuuuuuuunch of fat along with muscles. I've always had strong legs so my squats and deads weights almost doubled (nearing 300 lbs maxes) but presses and pulls are slacking very very much behind at struggling to come close to 200 lbs.
So I want to try your program. I'll probably do a 500~750 cals over maintenance in an attempt to add on a bit more muscle and hopefully my semi-man tits and lower ab handles will shrink (I think a lot of it is the skin though, from losing so much weight).
What extra does the book cover that these videos don't? Hell, if it has ANY extra useful info, the $15 ain't all that much, especially compared to the money I spent on protein supps and food.
Another thing I want to add is that, your own transformation is really crazy (as in good) but from the 1st video, I think you were already a supper-ripped/trained/strong guy to begin with, that just packed on fat intentionally just to show the transformation.. I'm just saying I don't think I'll end up looking like you in 12 weeks lol but it's worth a try :P

I purchased the book but ended up doing the 12 Week Hardcore Trainer Video Series because I was already used to lifting and working out. I personally found that the book was meant for someone that has never worked out or is at least a beginner at nutrition, supplementation and motivation. In no way am I knocking the book because there were some really useful tips in there!
I too didn't think it was possible in 12 weeks but you can have the body you want in the 12 weeks if you're fully committed to Kris' workout and nutritional plan! Believe in yourself and the rest will follow...or as Kris likes to say "Doubt Your Doubts"
Great work, Samuel! Your arms and delts have come up great! What are you going to do now? By all means, the book isnt just for the beginner, in fact, I just completed that exact program again last week. Its the intensity that you personally apply to it that counts. So, by all means, put that program into play if you like. Congrats on the great work and thanks for sharing. Be sure to post on others social networks to inspire others.

Thank you so much Mr.Gethin! It means a lot to me to hear you say that. The funny thing is both my legs and back are my favorite body parts and I work very hard on them. Now if only if I can get my chest to grow... That's what Im hoping will happen with Mr.Yates program.
You are the man and I thank you for being my workout partner during these 12 weeks!
