EDIT: How long did it take you to get to this condition? I know you stay pretty damn lean year round but from how lean you were to now is what I'm trying to ask

3ish...at the lowest levels % becomes irrelevant and testing highly inaccurate. Measure the folds in mm's with calipers and use that as a gauge (...not plugged into a formula). At a point you are measuring just skin thickness and the numbers will go no lower.

This is amazing conditioning. I would have to say Under 6% for sure. And youre probably sitting at 4.5-5%. Glute/ham is a great indicator like everyone says. I'm not asking for it though. Amazing work...lookin diced.
