I kept waiting for him to overhead squat her, thinking it was just wishful on my part. It wasn't exactly an overhead squat, but I was surprised to see he actually did hold her overhead. Surprised and ecstatic.

wow strong bulk, if hes 105kg/230 pounds for competition, he looks to be 250+ here.

He has competed as a super, only cause he didn't cut weight. His best total is 442.5 weighing somewhere around 115 and of course without testing.Originally Posted by olyw8lifter

He looks much better without pants.
Being a real lifter is not about a number, or a medal, or somebody else telling you that you are a real lifter. It is about commitment to the iron and strength of purpose.
