    Cutting: How much olive oild should be mixed w/ spinach

    I'm trying my hardest to cut right now. I recently have two meals of two cups of baby spinach mixed w/ almond and blueberries and 3 tbspn of olive oil, is that good or too much?

    Daily macro i am having right now before olive oil and spinach:
    FAT: 56 grams CARBS: 74 grams PROTEIN: 212 = CALORIES: 1622

    Add Olive Oil until maximum deliciousness is reached.

    You should have an amount of fat you are trying to eat each day, if you don't then see this:

    Then once you know how much fat you are aiming for, use as much olive oil (or anything else) as you like to hit that number.
