I had a wonderful pump in my arms last night which made me realize something. I don't get the pump very often. Anyone know anything more about this? How can you get it? best way to get it? what to do when you get it? anything really. thanks

OP, "the pump" is nothing more then blood forcing itself into the muscles to the point of it being swollen up. Sometimes to the point of being painful, atleast for me lower back and forearms are usually pretty painful pumps.
Ya "the pump" looks cool for a little bit, but its nothing more then bloodflow to your working muscles. The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and hear all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds. ~Henry Rollins

Eat more.
Haha just kiddin! Holy crap at your stats! Your'e a BEAST for 16 yrs old! But seriously, it's hard for me to get a "good pump" as well, I find that I get as much as a pump that I can when going through the cycle of the specific exercise verrrrrry slowly and controlled, especially any exerrcise that involves my arms. The fast/high rep method just doesn't seem to work for me.

This is my 2nd year in lifting.. The first time I actually heard the term was a few days ago. Doesnt mean I've never gotten it before, I just never knew what it was until I read about it in a post. Knowledge on what a pump is does not affect my training in anyway, as you mention, as you can see by my sig

Actually, this is inaccurate from both a scientific as well as vast majority anecdotal evidence from bodybuilders (not strength coaches)
Check out the Oct. 2010 article in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research entitled, The Mechanisms of Muscle Hypertrophy and Their Application to Resistance Training.
"Basically, the pump is caused by a buildup of fluid within the cell, facilitated by the accumulation of metabolic byproducts, which function as osmolytes. Studies show that intracellular hydration (i.e., cell swelling) can mediate hypertrophy both by increasing protein synthesis and decreasing proteolysis. Thus, there is a physiologic basis by which the pump may augment hypertrophy and it would be imprudent to dismiss this potential role."
