Angry Lost a noticeable amount of muscle mass, and dropped 6 lbs. in 2 days...

After getting food poisoning I cannot believe how much I lost in 2 days not only did I lose 6 lbs, my muscles seemed to have noticeably deteriorated. I notice a difference pretty much everywhere but My shoulders and chest were hit the hardest. This was pretty much the worst thing that could have happened to me because now when I am working out im not progressing but rather just trying to get back to where I was, and I feel it will take months do to so. So now I am just trying to eat as much as I can, lean meats, protein and all that good Sh!t.

Don't worry, it was mostly water and foodstuff.
    2 + 2 = 5 (for extremely large values of 2)
