Hey guys, i have a qiuck question too you or anyone who can answer i have been doing the IIFYM dieting and the weight on the scale has been going down but not much body change i have been doing it for a month is this normal?

just keep dropping weight while maintaining strength worst comes to worst cut till you look good or your BMI is like 21. Then take it from there.

get on a good training periodization training program and continue tracking macros unless you are a beginner the. I would sugest icf 5x5 cutting version.if you are a novice which means you bench 225, squat 315 and deadlift 405 do a full body 3x a week as a novice don't listen to the uneducated bodybuilders training programs who take large sums of drugs.

A month is nothing... seriously.
And when you say you "IIFYM".. what exactly do you mean?
Whats your TDEE?
What caloric intake are you eating now?
How about your Macros?
Do you weigh EVERYTHING you consume with a food scale?Learning something new here every single day... and I'm still not sure if I understand : /
