    No, not IFing right now. I'll probably start in a week or so. Right now it's basically lunch and dinner but I'm having a tough time eating enough. I'm still cutting, but I don't like to carry too much of a deficit.

    I got in a good shoulder workout last night. Shrugs, upright rows, overhead press. I went a couple hundred calories over yesterday, but we had wrestling practice and I didn't feel like cooking when I got home. I indulged with a couple bunless BK double cheeseburgers and two side salads with ranch. For lunch I had a some fajita steak with peppers and onions on a bed of lettuce with sour cream and quacamole. I love the Mexican joint near where I work.

    Sorry guys, I haven't updated in a while. Things have been pretty hectic as of late. The good news is that I'm still following Keto and I've lost another lb. I'm currently at my all time low of 182 lbs!!

    On top of our 12 week challenge, I've entered an additional 12 week challenge through work. Although I know that it will be impossible for me to win since I might only be able to drop another 8% of body weight or so, I'm doing it to help motivate a couple of coworkers. I've placed an additional side bet with one of my buddies to keep him motivated. I understand that I will ultimately lose the bet if he actually finishes out the 12 week challenge, but for me it's well worth hanging a Dallas Cowboys sign in my office for a few months.

    Well, I woke up to another nice surprise this morning. I've broken the 180 barrier and am now 179 lbs! What's amazing to me is that when I was 250 lbs I thought that by the time I hit 180 I'd be completely tore up. I guess, there's more time added to my journey!

    I've been staying away from diet beverages for the last 2 weeks and I think that has helped. I've heard that artificial sweeteners can help hold water and hinder fat loss. I'm not sure if that's true, but it helped me break the plateau.

    Alright guys, so why don't I buy almonds or any other kind of nuts?......because over the last three days I housed a 1lb bag of Habanero BBQ Almonds......and in the process have put on 3lbs of water weight. Lesson learned. No more almonds in the house.....especially Habanero BBQ flavored. Damn they're good though!

    Man I feel like crap today. I hit up a Superbowl party yesterday, ate all kinds of garbage and now my body is making me pay for it. It's awesome how I get these bright ideas from time to time and end up paying for it the next couple of days afterwards.
