hi im 15yrs old, 190pounds and 6'3. I want to add a lot of muscle, so in april im starting a new workout schedule and will be taking creatine monohydrate along with the usual protein shakes and omega3.
I know nutrition is extremely important and i have been making adjustments to my diet which have definetly paid off with more results.
Heres the meal plan im thinking off :

7am: oatmeal w/yogurt, 2 cups milk, 2 cups juice, whole wheat toast with peanut butter,protein shake
10:30am: nutrigrain bar, apple
12:15pm: Can of tuna, carrots, chocolate milk, peanut butter+Jam sandwich
2-3:00pm: (Not sure)
6:00pm: Chicken, vegetables, potatoes ?? (must be easy to make because ill probably make something different than the rest of my family-they dont eat as healthy)
7:15pm: Protein Shake
7:30pm: Workout
8:45pm: Cell Tech Creatine Monohydrate, Can Of tuna
9:30pm: 4 cups milk, banana
