Day 1 - shoulders/traps
Day 2 - back/bi
Day 3 - legs
Day 4 - chest/tri
abs 2/4 days and cardio whenever"OddLawnGnome: Edit: and one further question, how soon after eating post workout should I drink water? I don't want to accidentally flush all of the protein and such I just ate out of my system."
