Hey everyone just looking for your two cents on why i hit a plateau.
I was trying to cut down from 207lbs to 170-175lbs. I started get the first month cutting down to 195lbs noticing more veins and definition. Trying to stay roughly at the same strength and as of now it has been successful. Until late second month in I cant seem to drop anymore weight staying between 192-197lbs.

Deadlift 365
Squat 405
At 195lbs
Bench 315
Deadlift 335
Squat 365
Eating 2500cals a day
150-170g of protein
