Considering I do not have enough time to go to the gym twice a day, after my weights workout, what is THE BEST form of cardio I should do to LOSE FAT!
I like running on the treadmill, so that would be the first choice, but I've heard many things like, Keeping your heart rate low and doing slow cardio because it burns fat and not carbs. Doing HIIT will burn muscle and all that bull****. AND I've heard that slow cardio is a waste of time and burns stuff all calories, essentially heart rate is high, means your working hard, means your burning fat.
Can I get some closure on this?
I used to do 30-40mins jog after weights, but I found that way to long and boring and PT said HIIT is good. So I did 15-20mins of sprint interval training after weights. I really don't care about boredom or whatever, what is the best for fat loss?

Remember that cardio just adds to your deficit!
But if you want to do so i would personally choose HIIT i find that it feels more of a workout and also it helps build stamina really well.
But they say that a lower heart rate is better for fat burning... I still prefer HIIT tbh.
