His back looks really thick now. Rear lat spreads looking wider. Traps have come up a lot too, and over all thickness, around upper body is much better. JAY watch out!

i mean yeah he looks awesome, but come on, we all know still at this point jay is going to out mass him at the O and unless he comes in off and Kai is 110% Jay will probably win it again this year.

Phil looks phenomenal for his current weight. He held a similar weight last off-season but didn't look near this good, this means he's grown a lot.

it says on flex: "Isaac Hinds was front row center at the contest and he got Heath's entire guest posing routine on video.", so why are we only getting 3 mins???

no reason why that vid couldn't have been 10+mins, didn't even get the speech... =( glad we got a vid but c'mon flex...

Thank you bcuz I knew it was just that one picture that caused you to think that, but when you can see one's body in motion its different. I appreciate your input, but more importantly your ability to come here and say when you were wrong...that's what real men do. Hany just text me late last night telling me that he has the new new plans for this year, so I'm very excited!

Lookin lean and mean!! The guy is absolutely ridiculous.

Does anyone else feel like, in general, Phil needs to hold is poses longer? Between this vid and his Olympia routine, it seems like he only holds a pose for 1 second and then rushes on to the next one. The routines are good and present his physique well, but the poses just need to be held a little longer so that people get the full effect.
