Hey guys I lucky enough to be one of the chosen member to try out juggernaut by Infinite Lab and well today was my first workout with it...
Stats:
26
Male
5'7
160lb
Goals: To keep lean bulking and get to 170 in one month time just in time for spring break and also improve my stamina/endurance
Supplements currently taking:
Nutrapro protein
XF Ultra Peptide 2.0 (before sleep)
Multi-vitamin
Fish oil
Workout:Consist of 5-6 days of continuous heavy lifting Monday-Saturday with Sunday being my off day, heck I mean even god had to rest one day right? =P Sometime I like to throw 2 major muscle together back to back on workout days, like yesterday was chest and legs. I try to hit everything at least twice a week....I'm very dedicated when it comes to working out and I believe I got cutting down to a science it's especially evident when you check out my body space.
Nutrition: I'm trying a different approach this time with my bulking, I'm gonna just mainly be taking in protein shakes which will vary between 200-250g of protein each day, I might have some lean chicken or a can of-18 tuna here and there but 90% of my food will be coming from protein shake (also don't worry I'm taking some benefiber too lol), calories will be in the range of 1500-1800. I will probably also have a cheat meal 2-3 times in this whole 30 days of lean bulking as it is almost inevitable.
Expectation:
What I hope for while on this 30 day lean bulk with juggernaut is to fuel me with the energy and focus I need to keep going as I really believe that it's that one extra rep that you push out could mean the difference between growing or not....so here we go....

Day 1: Shoulders/Abs Work (1/2 Scoop)
Taste: I got crimson punch and it taste pretty damn good to me, most of the time I hate pre-workout powder and I would just take a scoop in my mouth and shoot it down real quick with a swig of water but this was surprisingly enjoyable. 9/10
Mixibility: I have a blender bottle with the metal wire ball inside and it mixes anything so there was no real problem here. 10/10
Focus: Very nice focus coming from being on jack3d and white flood I say this is right up there, very clean feeling so it's only the first day I'll wait til a couple of days later and we shall see how it goes. 8/10
Pump: Pump was decent I don't expect much of a pump when I'm doing shoulder so for now I can't really give an accurate score so we'll just wait and see for tomorrow biceps/triceps/forearms workout. N/A
Endurance: Better than usual. 7/10
OVERALL IMPRESSION: Good product so far with only 1/2 a scoop and it's working decently. Was at the gym for a good 2.5 hour and it's been an hour since I been at the gym and I do not feel tired, while on jack3d I would crash like it's no one's business so I'm really digging this so far. Tomorrow I'll up it to 1 full scoop and we shall see how beastly I can get with my biceps/triceps/forearms workout, thanks for viewing...Controlled Labs Rep

I rested on day 3 and 4 because I was starting to feel sore all over, but got back in the gym early this morning, took a scoop of juggernaut, hit the gym 30 minute later and felt energize, pump was damn good today...almost hurt to a point lol, also my mostly protein shake diet is going well as I notice I'm starting to lose some weight around the midsection although I went up a lb now currently sitting at 161 morning weight. 8/10Controlled Labs Rep

*Note* Been busy as sin studying for test, doing papers and practicing my presentation last 2 day I just been focusing on doing some cardio mostly treadmill and eliptical, juggernaut has been great for me but now I kicked it up a notch by using 1.5 scoop this morning and here's the result...

Overall Impression: I'm up to 165 now, in the past 18 days I might of had 2 cheat meals well if you consider chipotle burrito bowl and some low calorie food at chilis cheat meals then yea...but pretty much just drinking my protein while still looking lean as ever, the extra half scoop of the juggernaut really did the trick today, I'm feeling good and feeling pumped up after just one set of chest...and oh my new stack came in and I will be doing a review on it soon, here's a sneak peak...

*Note* been working out every other day as waking up at 5am and working 12 hour shift at work on the weekend plus full time school is starting to take its toll....hence why the morning workout so I can get it in...honestly if I didn't have the juggernaut to help me out during my workout I don't think my gym time would be all that productive.
