    Thanks for the honest feedback. I need to ask tarheel if he is experiencing any of these things. So far so good for me. Smashed a 5 rep PR for squats yesterday w/ Con-Cret/Beta-Cret stack.

    The side effects only came after a few weeks of use. If the 1,3 was removed and all of the ingrediant amounts were listed, this would be a top choice of mine for pre-workout. I don't like the stimmed out feeling. With just caffiene I am fine.

    Like I said, it's a good supp, minus the 1,3. Then again, some people may respond better too it.
