Jordansrt is now a Promera rep, and me and him still keep in contact from when we were both reps for a supplement company. A few weeks ago he asked me if I wanted to try BETA-CRET, a new product from Promera. I jumped at the chance to try. It's Pineapple flavored, one serving size is 1 scoop around 4 grams.
Lately, I have been using a low number of sets per bodypart. The weight I try to use is moderate, but I try to get a high number of reps. I workout at home, so using heavy weights all the time is not really an option. Especially with the limited amount of space that I have to work with.
I lift only 3-4 days per week. It's all that is needed in my opinion, so that's all I do.
BETA-CRET marks the first pre-workout supplement I have used in months, so all effects will be ourely BETA-CRET.

Seated dumbbell shoulder presses: (weight used was 55 lb dumbbells)

EZ Bar upright Rows: (weight was 100 lbs)
1 x 10
Alternate dumbbell curls: (weight was 55 lb dumbbells)
1 x 6
Product Rating: (2 scoops in 12 oz of water)
Strength: 10/10-Even though I used moderate weight, my first set reps were high, and I felt strong.
Endurance: 8/10- my workouts are short but If I needed to, I could have gone farther.
Recovery: 9/10- No soreness the next day.
Taste: 8/10 I used too much water. I will use 8-10 ounces next workout.
