Hey does anyone have any experience with myo-x and any other so called myostatin inhibitors or is it just some fake bs, thanks

16.. spend your money elsewhere. Myostatin inhibition is being looked into by the pharma companies.. I don't think an OTC is going to be the first thing to inhibit myostatin.

Not saying there aren't studies already done showing some compound can inhibit myostatin, but nothing OTC will do so significantly.

like the above said at 16 nothing is needed but to eat more and a protein shake.

But I have tried it. My gf bought me a tub. The best part of it was that it tasted very good. I looked forward to eating it every night. I ate it not drank it. It did however reduce DOMS for me and that was it. NO changes in my body comp or strengh in the gym. So save your money.

I have asked the manufacturer's of Myo-X to show me evidence that their product significantly improves body composition in healthy adults. I was given none. In fact, all I got was the cold shoulder.

It's an amazing concept. Pop a pill, you'll grow muscle without even trying. But it's one of those "too good to be true" scenarios.

Until they can come forth with clinical proof that the product favorably alters body composition in healthy, active adults, there is no reason for anybody to buy it.

A myostatin inhibitor, i think would require gene doping, by injecting a virus to switch it off?

Or something like that, in other words not from a phucking drink!!

Unless some supp company has made a huge breakthrough, it would change all sports forever, everyone would of heard about it so until then....
