What supps are you thinking? There are some that will definitely help your health, like fish oils, mulit V's, melatonin if you're working night shifts or have difficulty getting enough rest, BCAA's if you're trying to lean down...
other supps like fat burners or other stimulants have potential side effects and definitely wil alter your nervous system, so beware of that.

Basic supplements like protein, creatine, multivitamins, and fish oil has been noted to only help you and won't degrade you.
Supplements such as steroids will definitely give you instant gains with a bad future.

well im thinking of using supps to help aid weight loss and then eventually take supps to bulk up muscle, im new to this lol, ive heard rumors about supps being placebos and having health risks! like for instance to much protein is bad for your body ?
