    So im thinking of starting taking supplements so what are the health risks???

    1. All supplements are not the same. What exactly are you talking about?

    2. How can say if there are health risks if we don't know what your pre-existing conditions are?

    What supps are you thinking? There are some that will definitely help your health, like fish oils, mulit V's, melatonin if you're working night shifts or have difficulty getting enough rest, BCAA's if you're trying to lean down...

    other supps like fat burners or other stimulants have potential side effects and definitely wil alter your nervous system, so beware of that.

    Supplements such as steroids will definitely give you instant gains with a bad future.

    well im thinking of using supps to help aid weight loss and then eventually take supps to bulk up muscle, im new to this lol, ive heard rumors about supps being placebos and having health risks! like for instance to much protein is bad for your body ?

    When bulking, you won't need them, at all. Seriously, it comes down to getting your nutrition down (same with fat loss). Fat burners are ok, I'm currently using Oxyelite 6, but it wears off.

    And anything too much is bad. Moderation is key. Take in more protein than needed, and you're body will end up using it as the primary source of energy. Never go more than 1.5xLean body mass.
