    Boiled Chicken

    Hello,

    I have bought a full chicken and I boiled it in water. I googled "boiled chicken nutritional fact" and found this website http://www.livestrong.com/thedailypl...oiled-chicken/

    It says that in 6 oz chicken ,which means 170g chicken, there is 5g fat and 50g protein. The 50g protein seems a little high to me, is it correct?

    I dont think so. 100 gram chicken has about 21 gram protein.
