How to cycle Acetyl L-Carnitine??

I am about to get 300 caps of Acetyl L-Carnitine and i am not sure on the dosage or if or how often i should cycle it. ive heard people say you can take anywhere from 500-4000 grams and i would like to know the ideal dosage because that is a big range and the stuff is not exactly cheap. also people have said you should cycle it for 2 weeks but others have said theyve just taken it consistently and dont cycle it at all. Any help on these 2 questions would be great.

You're 17, didn't you read the label? Only take if you are over the age of 18

Personally, after reading about it, I would invest the money in some good food instead. But that's the answer I give to anyone who asks me about supplements.

ALC will not help you very much if you already have a high protein diet. You don't have to cycle it.

Just take whatever the bottle recommends. Mega-dosing it will not give you any extra benefit.

What does having a high protein diet have anything to do with the effects of ALCAR?
