    Correct macros for cutting?

    170 lbs bodyweight
    147.7 lbs LBM
    1822 base caloric needs
    3097 workout caloric needs
    3597 calories to grow

    My calculations for the cut below..

    Protien= 184 grams
    Carbs= 300 grams
    Fat= 45 grams
    Calories to cut with 2500.
    1 multi vitamin and 1 fish oil pill.

    I've been at it for 2 weeks now, My strength is going up hugely in the gym despite the cut but I'm worried it might now be correct somehow, I'm becoming a little bit more shredded but also smaller and softer, the softer part makes me question my macros, is the protien carb and fat allotment correct or incorrect? Also should I take more than just 1 fish oil pill a day?

    u weigh 170 lbs .4*170=68 i prefer even numbers lol so i rounded to 70

    u need .4-1g of fat per pound of body weight

    and i only meant to cut carbs enough to fit the fat in

    You need that much fat to regulate hormones, etc. Getting 0.4-0.5g fat per lb. LBM will cause you to feel better and more energetic on a day-to-day basis, as well as provide optimal performance in the gym.
    My guilty pleasure: excessive cardio.

    Progress towards the 1000 lb club: 945/1000
    Bulking until I hit 1000. I don't care if it takes a 40 pound weight gain. No more pussyfooting around.
