My calculations for the cut below..
Protien= 184 grams
Carbs= 300 grams
Fat= 45 grams
Calories to cut with 2500.
1 multi vitamin and 1 fish oil pill.
I've been at it for 2 weeks now, My strength is going up hugely in the gym despite the cut but I'm worried it might now be correct somehow, I'm becoming a little bit more shredded but also smaller and softer, the softer part makes me question my macros, is the protien carb and fat allotment correct or incorrect? Also should I take more than just 1 fish oil pill a day?
