    How to count MAcros and needed Calories.

    Im curantely bulking. Im 5 '7 125. I need some help on how to calculate my macros and needed calories. Nuff said

    try googling the harris benedict formula. it wil give you a good estimate of your maintenance

    after that just add 500 cals to your maintenance and eat that amount everyday consistently

    Calorie needs to support growth, multiply your body weight by 2. For macros, find what percentage of calories you want from carbs, fats, and protein. Once you find those numbers. Divide the one from fats by 9, and protein and carbs by 4, the resulting numbers are your macros.

    Look up the foods you eat to find their calorie and protein count etc. Count everything you eat, and eat until you hit your macros. At your weight I'd say aim for around 3000 cals a day, and 200g of protein.
