    look over my numbers please!!!

I'm 6'2" tall and weight 170lbs. I just did the numbers for the amount of protein/fat/carbs I should be consuming and this is what I came up with 122g/80g/386g and around 2,750 calories. Also, my goal is to add mass. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Calories look low.
    Would increase protein to 170.
    Fats are good.

If you want to stay at these calories, I'd increase protein and reduce carbs.
There's nothing wrong with high carbs per se, some people prefer more carbs, some people prefer more fats- your choice.
