Hi Fellas.
I wouldn't have thought it'd be so difficult to get good diet info from the net. Whilst some is very informative, it assumes that we all know the correct quantities of Proteins, carbs, fats etc. and the amount of each in different food.
Anyone know what I should be doing to gain muscle mass without fat? or where I can find out this info?

I'll assume your interest lies in bodybuilding nutrition. Here's a very well-detailed thread that will help you figure your basic requirements:
*Emma-Leigh's calorie/macro thread:http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=121703981No brain, no gain.

in addition to that, AUDEN, there are many fantastic books out there on BB nutrition....in spite of everything I have learned over the years, I continue to read new ones here and there to see different perspectives....
don't depend on the net alone: you still need to hold a real book in your hand and go through it....Lift as MUCH as you can, for as MANY reps as you can,
while in complete control of the exercise.

And expanding on John's point, here is an excellent source:
"Girth Control," by Alan Aragon

Additionally, anything by Lyle McDonald would be essential reading as well.
^^^^ If you really want to dig in to bodybuilding nutrition, OP, these two guys are the real deal.No brain, no gain.

make sure your consistantly taking in a surplus of food. remember your daily intake needs may change day to day. so adjust calories as needed. also nutrition around your workouts is very important and highly under rated.
i recomend a good meal 2 hrs prior to training
pre work out drink 1 hrs prior
intra i like BC+EAAs and nitrates
post whey and simple carb shake for after training.
