Im not really on a set diet. I haven't really decided on whether I want to shed a few more pounds to get that desired 6 pack or whether I want to bulk up. Lately, I have been eating some sort of fruit trail mix. It has cranberries, raisins, walnuts, apricots, pineapple, and some other nuts. Is it a bad idea to consume this if I am aiming for that 6 pack?

Try making your own trail mix. That way you can make as much as you want, eliminate unnecessary sodium, and scale the dried fruit content down in a big way.
