10 Months to go from Beta to Alpha ... U Mirin'?

Went from 145lbs to 235lbs in 10 months


Progress from March2010- January 2011. Preparing for a contest atm and will post cutting pics when he is unbanned




Before ever touching a weight, albeit proof that you don't need to be buff to get chicks. Mirin' non existing bicep peak brahs?




4 months into lifitng - Finally getting a grasp on diet and stopped doing SS (moved to splits)




6 months into lifting, split is paying off big time





9 months into lifting - Dwelled into the powerlifting ranks 500+lb deadlift @ 200lbs






10 months into lifting - 230 lbs 6'2 15% body fat.. looking swole in XL t-shirts



Since then I have cut down to 210lbs 8% , will post pictures when I am unbanned after my competition.

I do not want a debate on whether or not I am natty, I will say it for the first and last time I have never taken drugs up to this point but I do have the intention of turning to the dark side sometime It is no surprise I have good genetics, tall, broad shouldered, fast enough metabolism and my dad is 280lbs, big kent!!!

Once im back you can ask me questions on my routine diet and Ill be more than happy to answer.

iv gained around 40 lbs in the past 4 months or so. it's def. slowed down since i hit 180, was all noob gains though.
