Give us some a lil more basic info.
What all equipment do you have?
Do you have a basic plan?
    Do you have a partner?
What all do you expect to get out of the gym? Is it mainly for you and if others come they come or what? give us something to work with

The set up will be all plate loading machines and free weights, atlas stones, tyres. really heavy lifting gear.
yes i have a partner who will be helping on the business plan and behind the scenes. I expect to deliver a venue to b/b and powerlifters that at the moment isnt locally available.

Do you plan to make money with this gym or are you just doing it out of the goodness of your heart? PL gyms aren't exactly super investments.

Do a 1 year pro forma and see where you'll end up with expenses, along with how much revenue needs to come in to keep you in the green.
