fastest tuna recipe

What is the fastest thing I can do with a can of tuna as a post workout meal? my idea is,

Tuna, Olives, cream cheese?

I just put hot sauce on top and mix.

Mayo and a little mustard w some chopped onions.

I like to mix it up w/some ketchup (mayo sometimes), onion,little "bites" of lettuce and tomato and sometimes w/apple! it´s really good for me.

Tuna, italian dressing, sliced black olives, basil, salt & pepper. Sometimes, I drain a can of cannellini beans and mix in half of it with the tuna.

If you have more time, hollow out a tomato, do the tuna like I said above minus the beans, seed and dice a cucumber and mix that in with the tuna. Stuff the tomato. You can do multiple of these and keep them in the fridge for several days. Makes taking lunch with you really easy.

I just mix it with a little mayo and make a sandwich. However I don't do this post workout, its what I have for lunch a few days of the week.
