First off I'd like to thank all of our participants for their time and effort. Making these can't be easy and I appreciate all of your hard work.
In the interest of fairness all submissions will be anonymous. At the end the posters will be revealed so that those of you who feel swayed to rep the very good non-winner ones may do so as you wish.
There are some really awesome submissions and it will be really difficult to decide a winner so I think 2 rounds are in order. We will allow the top 3 to proceed into the final where a winner will be crowned.
The initial poll will allow you to vote for multiple banners so as to focus on singling out the least-favorite banners. The 2nd poll will be single-vote winner-take-all.

I don't see why people are voting for multiple ones, i think people should be voting for the one they want to be the new misc banner... Voting for all of them is just pointless and makes your vote not matter as you're just bumping them all up one.
