From personal experience, In HS I was a skinny fuuck. like 145 at 5'9" barely got any attention from chicks... now 6yrs later I'm up to 187 (two days ago) at under 10%bf and and get soooo much more attention. I have seen both sides of the spectrum: girls dig muscle. maybe not all, but a larger majority.

Girls do like muscular guys ... They just don't like huge roided freaks that you see on the covers of bodybuilding magazines ... These guys dedicate their lives to getting big as a profession and sport. 99 percent of the people on here don't look anything like that

The 'toned' look you describe comes from people who lift and you need a good amount of muscle to look good toned ... If you are toned but a skinny **** ur still a skinny **** it doesn't even count. Most guys on here are in fact going for a toned aesthetic look not roided freak. It just takes years of lifting to get there believe it or not

In my personal experience lifting has given me a confidence in my body and looks I never thought possible. It has made me happier too. Women are attracted to confidence and happiness. Hell, I'm damn certain I don't look as good as I feel I do but it shows that confidence makes a huge diference

The best is when you walk past a dude and his girl, and the girl blatantly is mirin' so you give a small smirk back and get her to smile, all while the dude is mean mugging you. 9 times out of 10, the dude will be skinny when this happens. I always get a kick out of this, but the downside is it reminds me how slutty girls can be.
