Eating late at night is bad. How about drinking?

I want to lose fat, so i've searched and found out that eating late at night is bad.

So, I try not to eat late at night, maybe at 6pm...

Is it bad to drink Milk + Casein powder before you sleep? If not, can I eat cottage cheese too or is it different, eating and drinking?

Read up on some of the articles on this site. They debunk that myth frequently. However I combine casein and skim milk every night for a protein drink before bed. So no you'll be fine with this one.

This. Just worry about your daily calories. Not when you get them.

I have a night time snack with my evening protein shake. As long as you don't have a full meal just before bed I think it is ok. I usually eat 6-7 times a day. Casein and milk is perfect before bed - I usually have milk and Syntha -6 or Myofusion before bed - sometimes I will have cottage cheese as well, or celery with PB, some whole wheat toast or crackers with PB. I have lost weight doing this

there is actually nothing wrong with eating before bed as long as it fits in youre daily macros, i eat a chicken breast and a cup and a half of brocoli with a quarter cup of nuts right before i hit the bed
