My new scale is broken, I messed up royally or I have Arnold Genetics
Hey everyone, I'm a new bro who just started on the path of iron 9 months ago and I'd like your input if this is real tea.
I unpacked my new scale today to weigh myself after 9 months of powerlifting (5x5 & Madcow) and the numbers were wtf..
I'm 183 cm, 22% bf and 108kg
Timeline:
February 2012: got sick & fat, bloated up to 105kg pure fatso. I can't wear my belts anymore
January 2013: **** this ****, start training for half marathon, running 3x week
March 2014: 92kg, not skinny but I can wear my belts with 4 notches. Ran half marathon in 2:05.
March-Now: 5x5, Madcow 3x a week, slow bulking. Good gains and I wear my belts with 3 notches (got a bit of fat but nothing too extreme).
1 January: Weight on the scale: 108kg lol
So I gained 16kg, take 4 kg fat (only one notch) so I gained 13kg of muscle in 9 months?
I was already planning to do a 4 month Cut to lose 10kg fat, but this means I'm around 98kg ripped???
