SO, hit that bulkin' time over winter, time to cut again.
This was end of Jan @ 210lbs (shirt on sorry [lol?] )
Don't think I'm going to try bulking again unless I ever become a member of the Tour, which I have no desire to..maintaining and maybe Leangains only from here on out. Just hasn't been worth it overall, I think.------------------------------------------

Here is @ 215 or so. I think I'm at my limits for eye-detetable gains staying natty, so once I get back to 10% bf or so, will probably stop updating this thread..just don't see what else is to do (besides maintain) re my goals.

I think with your dedication you could become legendary natty. I'm still following and like seeing the small changes as it makes it real. Makes me realize its a lifetime gain, rather than a quick fix that so many people on here look for.
The body doesn't struggle to lose weight...the mind does - keep measurements, keep your sanity.

Former skinny fat member @ 158lbs - now 205lbs and 15%. It's been a long journey but a rewarding one.

Great work OP! How did you get that scar; was it an operation? I had an operation when I was about two but luckily the scar isn't in such a noticeable place for me; it's just below my belt line.
Cut done with - basically unsuccessful first bulk as I did put on a lot of fat to go with the little muscle I added. I know what I did wrong first time round and won't be repeating it. Looking forwards to being able to eat a few hundred more calories!! At least I know I can cut fat efficiently: went from 143lbs to 120lbs and from 35in to 29in waist.

Cheers and thank you. Not a lot has changed; my lifts are the same, my body more or less the same AFAIK.
I did want to dispel some crap I'm been reading after some FB page jacked my pics though, and that is that I had some sort of lypo or bypass done - though it's answered a few times here, the scar is from an operation I had as an infant (see below). Pic on the right in me today, sitting 205lbs give or take. Looks about the same to me as my summer pic, IMO...I think natty I've run out of gains.
Thanks for everyone on their support, etc. It's been a crazy ride, and fun to read the first few pages now.------------------------------------------

But cutting that many calories out, and losing 20lbs more with no muscle gains, aren't you worried about saggy skin? especially since you are expecting abs in that short time?
EDIT: Wow.. just noticed this post is from a long time ago. But question still stands I guess did the sagginess happen at all?Height 6'3
