"Lastly, oversized boots of iron or copper (often soldered in place on the floor) received the prisoner's bare feet as he lay helplessly bound and gagged in a chair. The boots were slowly filled with boiling water or oil, or even molten lead, to consume the feet and legs."

Here is a list of Medieval torture methods http://www.medievality.com/torture.html
Crocodile Tube:
The victim was fixed inside a tube just big enough for the victim's entrance. The tube, having crocodile teeth-like spikes, was slowly compressed leaving the victim totally immobilized. The torturer could only see his face and feet.
With the help of carbon and fire underneath the tube, the torturer gradually heated the tube until he extracted a confession or killed the victim. The former was most common, as this is one of the cruelest and most painful tortures ever used on human beings.
With the face and feet exposed, the torturer was able to inflict painful wounds on the victim. Facial mutilation and toe ripping were preferred choices.

This gonna hurt:
The crocodile shears had a very specific purpose: To mutilate those who attempted to assassinate the king.
The interior design closely resembles a tube containing numerous spikes on both ends. Although it was sometimes used to mutilate the fingers, its most common purpose was to mutilate a man's penis.
This torture method was frequently also a way to execute victims, as the arterial damage that ensued from the torture provoked death very frequently.rumpler of stiltskins

My first thought was the Brazen bull, till I heard about the Red eagle today on the History Channel.
I think it's the red Eagle, but it works like this:
They'd put your body, face first, against a pole or table.
They open your back to expose your ribs.
Open your ribs to expose your lungs.
Pull your lungs out of your back and flap them over your ribs so your lungs look like a pair of wings on your back.
Think of it like how Red Lobster will serve you lobster tails...

Watch from 0.32 seconds left....
Red Eagle or Blood Eagle would be the correct term. It was used by the Vikings who raided the area that became the UK hundreds of years ago. I believe it was used near Lindisfarne Castle against the Monks who lived there who refused the Pagan Gods......i remain, he who remains to be...

Scaphism,
also known as the boats, was an ancient Persian method of execution designed to inflict torturous death. The name comes from the Greek word skaphe, meaning "scooped (or hollowed) out".
The intended victim was stripped naked and then firmly fastened within a face-to-face pair of narrow rowing boats (or hollowed-out tree trunks), with the head, hands and feet protruding. The condemned was forced to ingest milk and honey to the point of developing severe diarrhea, and more honey would be rubbed on his body to attract insects to the exposed appendages. He would then be left to float on a stagnant pond or be exposed to the sun. The defenseless individual's feces accumulated within the container, attracting more insects, which would eat and breed within his exposed and increasingly gangrenous flesh. The feeding would be repeated each day in some cases to prolong the torture, so that dehydration or starvation did not provide him with the release of death. Death, when it eventually occurred, was probably due to a combination of dehydration, starvation and septic shock. Delirium would typically set in after a few days.
In other recorded versions, the insects did not eat the person; biting and stinging insects such as wasps, which were attracted by honey on the body, acted as the torture.GamerTag/PSN: TheMadGreek187
